Mortgage Help

Given all the different types of mortgages available to help you with buying real estate, you may think you need to be a CPA to understand them.  Never fear.  The pages in this section will help make it easy for you.

It is a good idea to "shop around" to determine that you are receiving the best services and the best rate for these services. It's also a good idea to have your financing all approved and ready to go when you are about to look at real estate.  That way there are no surprises and if you need to clear up any credit questions, that can be done before you start your home search.
